6. How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. Once it has ended, T TAI FLEXOFFICES will keep your personal data blocked during the applicable legal limitation periods.

With the client's authorization, T TAI FLEXOFFICES may send promotions to your email, under the terms indicated in section 3 above.

7. Party responsible for the files and collection of personal data

In compliance with Personal Data Protection regulations and their implementing rules, the data collected through any data collection forms on the Website will be incorporated into two personal data files owned by SPAIN MEDIA, which guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided and compliance with all applicable regulations to that effect.

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in said forms are mandatory, such that the omission of any of them may make it impossible to attend to your request.

9. Financial and asset data.

For obtaining this data, such as the Federal Taxpayer Registry Number (RFC), Bank Account Number and Tax Address, express acceptance will not be required, since at all times such data corresponds to the fulfilment of the contractual obligations arising from the legal relationship. In any case, T TAI FLEXOFFICES may not generate any database or process the Financial and Asset Data provided by the Data Subject, since these are provided solely as part of the service relationship generated between them.

For this reason, the Data Subject must provide T TAI FLEXOFFICES with the Financial and Asset Data on each occasion that requires the contracting of its services.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the legal provisions in tax matters applicable to T TAI FLEXOFFICES.

10. Exercise of ARCO rights.
