Real Estate Broker
Flexoffices will compensate real estate brokers when they participate in and close an office contract at any of our locations.
Commission Payment
Payments are made in a single installment and are processed one month after
the client's first due payment (start of the contract). The real estate broker must provide their corresponding invoice to initiate the payment process.
Commission on New Office Contracts
An 8% commission will be paid on the contract value for contracts lasting from 3 to 12 months.
Payment Method
Bank transfer upon receipt of an invoice and proof of current tax status.
